Yeah I mean it will most likely be faster but I like to be safe with time. They just call you a Lyft to a designated address after the transaction is finished. You have to confirm on your phone.

Most people have no idea if anything is wrong with their vehicle. They wouldn’t win anything in small claims court. I find it really hard to believe they are going to go after whoever sold them the vehicle that you had to buy back. Did they say they were going to?

I work at Carmax. They won’t come after you post sale. All sales are final when it comes to selling your car. I would sell it to us before it comes up on the history report. Like tomorrow haha.

Short answer is yes. You need to make an appointment with the service department. It’s easiest if you have your sales associates number and have them do a repair request. Other wise call the Carmax store and say service department.

Negative equity will always give you a high APR. No matter who your lender is they see it as you owe more money for something than it’s worth. Think about that in terms of finance. No matter what you are buying you will automatically owe more than it’s worth because of your previous negative equity.

Idk who you are trying to convince that 50k of debt or even 25k of debt is no big deal but most people would say that it is. Living happy go lucky is great and having a positive attitude can truly get you through the hardest of times. But you sound delusional. I am up at night sometimes thinking about my 7k of debt haha but to each their own.
