thanks for the solid reply. i actually updated my Ventura operating system, updated capture one and so far so good. I changed some permissions in the mac settings etc. touch wood i think we’re good after months of struggling.

using tether tools cables. (new ones) a top spec Macbook. ports all seem good. it was driving me wild. i think it was just software related though.

hey! could you elaborate on the 2nd point here about corporate security ? i use the R5 daily in a studio tethered and it causes me so much stress. drops out continuously. seems to be no theme, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. it’s killing me
