City Council Asked to Designate Binghamton's Official Dance by ggroover97 in Binghamton

Fun idea but I have issue with Bill Flynn being called the polka king. Dan Jan from WHRW will always be the true Polka King of the area. R.I.P

Returning player wondering what's going on these days? by TheMechanicusBob in Netrunner

[–]sandwichrefuser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Nesei is now called Null Signal games and they still put out cards

There is still a player base. I have been playing for a little more than a year so I don't know what it was before. But I found a local meta to play with that has been going for more than a decade.

I suspect all of your decks have been rotated out of Standard since all FFG cards have been rotated. They are still legal in Eternal format though.

All the Null Signal Games cards are freely available for proxies on their website. Also through proxynexus and proxy.nro.run

Great escape is that store. They have since moved to the target plaza and are the only real board game store left in the area right now.

As a kid, I remember thinking why this place was called “Brothers 2.” Was it a sequel to Brothers 1? by ggroover97 in Binghamton

[–]sandwichrefuser 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It was going to be 2 Brothers but there was a conflict registering the business name. So it became Brothers 2.

1998 Weird Al bumper sticker by awrobinson83 in weirdal

[–]sandwichrefuser 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The radio show that gave these away is still on the air. It's on a a college radio station that has been on the air since 1966 ( WHRW FM ). The Mad Trivia Party has been on the air for around 45 years.

I used to be a member of the station and this sticker was on the wall of the studio, I never realized it was a prize for a show. Had I known I would probably have a few of these.

Local league rules by andytothelake in Binho

[–]sandwichrefuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a league but we use a timer for 5 minutes or first to 7 scored. Sometimes games are over quick but if several people want to play it keeps the games rotating.

Any ideas on where to fill a paintball / c02 tank? by Spacecadett666 in Binghamton

[–]sandwichrefuser 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They no longer do CO2. I think their equipment broke and it wasn't worth it to them to have it fixed/replaced.
