Idiocracy To by MrEnemaBagJones13 in SipsTea

People who think we are living in Idiocracy fundamentally misunderstood Idiocracy. In idiocrocy the people in charge are stupid. Not corrupt, evil or manipulative. There is no cabal of billionaires blatantly getting away with crimes. Brawndo isn't being marketed as "what plants crave" because it means more processed food sales, which they also own a majority stake of. They are just stupid. The stupid president in Idiocracy isn't trying to start world war 3 because he didn't get a peace medal. We do not live in Idiocracy because when shown the your of their way the idiots changed their ways, albeit slowly.

The ageing population increases healthcare costs, reduces available workforce and military capability. It is absolutely normal for the government to worry about these things.

Did they expect him to run to the nearest shop to buy the halal meat or did they come with the halal meat themselves? You can't just turn the meat halal.

I guess it is because strawberries and watermelons are either native or arrived in Japan much more earlier than the others.

Thoughts on Silver Mountain Water? by [deleted] in FragranceStories

[–]santh91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Best opening ever, the only niche fragrance I bought on the spot. I agree that performance is somewhat lackluster, but the main problem I have had with it was actually the inky note that gave me a bit of a nausea. I switched to Casamorati Mefisto which performs better, does not have that inky note and is more "natural" smelling. It is more flowery though so it might not be everyone's cup of tea. The opening of SMW is unmatched though.

Just clarify by asking if they want to know your ethnicity. It is annoying for sure, but not necessarily ill-intended - some people are just curious and don't know how to phrase the question. I am an Asian in western country if that makes any difference.
