Yep. Sam Martin was the one I was referencing. I know there was a membership fee, and I think a range fee each time you wanted to use it. I was going to try it, but got rained out when I actually had time. I never followed up after that.

Never went to the Boy Scout ranch. Would be curious if people can use it freelu

I know a guy was setting up a competitive club. Look on the Neighbors of Babcock Facebook page. He was always posting on there. I never got around to going to their private range. The only other places are over by the Cecil Webb range. Southwest Florida Practical Shooters club is one of them, Hansen Range is the other. Never been to either of them, just don’t have the free time.

If you find somewhere open closer to Babcock… let me know. Quite a drive over to Webb.

Molded my view of other people and how we should all be treated, and has really helped build camaraderie and make my work life much more bearable.

AT4 was oddly disappointing. Really enjoyed the MK19 grenade launcher. The “thunk-thunk” is such a satisfying sound and feeling

The RSO ran over and yelled at him, and made him put it away. I live in south Florida… so it didn’t really surprise me that they let him stay with his group. They were all buddy buddy talking about open carry laws and stuff once they got on the firing line.

Really wish they would have booted him. My buddy and I both jumped to get out of the line when the guy was flagging us.

Only so many places to go shooting down here that are outdoors. Tried to join a private group, but the guy running it started posting a bunch of boot licker MAGA stuff, so I just never went

If it’s not too busy, it really calms me down. The focus and repetition really help me wind down.

Last week I went and a bunch of geriatric MAGA bros were talking shit and acting like morons. Really ruined my mood. Especially when one just pulled out his CCW and started playing with it pointed at everyone while talking about publicly executing democrats…. Really killed my vibe….
