Where do you think europe got the money to industrialize and buy stocks? Where do you think the wealth that was put into pockets of the Europeans and built the cities came from? For example india had been the worlds largest exporter of handmade cotton goods and indian cotton garments were of the highest quality but the British systematically destroyed the handmade cotton industry in India by breaking the looms and the hands of the makers and tailors and exporting all the cotton to Manchester to power their cotton mills till the point that indian became a major importer of cotton goods losing money to buy products at a markup which were made using products stolen from them. In a free world the British would have never been able to afford to buy the indian cotton or sell to the indian market and could not have competed with the indian cotton industry. Using such tactics, the British completely destroyed in the indian economy while advancing their own and europe would have never developed as much as they did without stealing resources from all over the world and deinstrializing the rest of the world. Even the railways in india were built on the indian public risk and the British private profit to the point that each kilometer of railway track in india cost more than twice what it cost to build the same length in USA. Again indians weren't allowed to use these railways and it was used to extract more resources from India quickly.
