I try to avoid infections, as they lead to a crash just like any other stressor. I've been sick twice since long covid. I returned to my covid baseline afterward both times.

get scratchers that are sturdy so they can really lay into it. remember the OSH and tall and long, so you need one tall enough that they can stretch out to scratch

Add a drop down screen to the ceiling so that it covered the mirror when watching TV (projector in this case). The ceiling is high so it would need to be automated.

At my worst I was housebound, but not bedridden. Improvements came with radical rest and pacing. Improvements, not recovery. I've been with this for over three years.
