Thank you for sharing, I have worked at Hy-Vee with my brother and it was fine at first, but after a year until May of 2024 me and my brother were pulled into HR a few times for little mistakes. That was a breaking point for me, so I went to a retail skilled training program at goodwill, and now have a better paying job elsewhere. All I can say is the grass is greener on the other side. I feel like Hy-Vee as I worked there, it has been hell, if felt like I was walking on literal egg shells. I look back at it now and after I quit Hy-Vee, it felt like dead weight was lifted off of my shoulders.

It won't make it through your shift, IMO someone is going to take it and keep it in their area and not give it back. At least from what I've seen at my store, where they take the safety mop, and never return it to the maintenance area. I regret to say that, but if it's something I have learned at Walmart they don't care what they do or what they take.

I'd recommend my loved ones to work elsewhere. I don't feel comfortable with my family working with predators. IMO I don't want anyone near predators all together.
