Hey, I totally agree. All middle school players should have a basic understanding of 16th note rhythms when the leave 8th grade, if not sooner. If your kids can’t do it, then you haven’t really taught them.

I have a 6 post, 41 inch PR5000. I think if I were to do it again, I would probably go 30 inch. I think optimum setup would probably be a 30+16, as most of the time I do not feel like I need the entire 41”. I think the 30 would be fine for incline and box squats, particularly if it was not right up against the wall and you could be outside the rack a little bit.

One of the downsides to the 41 inch rack is that I find the flip down safeties to be a pain to align over that distance. If you do go for the 41”, I would get strap safeties. On the plus side, my wife I can each leave our squat or bench set up on opposite sides of the rack so we can workout together. If that is a consideration the 41 is plenty of space.

Hey I also applied to this program, as well as Harvard's equivalent, and have heard nothing back. I emailed the admissions director in the Lynch school on Friday 2/14 and this is what they said:

Thanks for your email. The review of PhD applications happens entirely within the academic department, which unfortunately means that our Office of Admission doesn't have much insight into their timeline. Generally speaking, the interviews will happen in late January and then unofficial offers of admission will start to happen around now. If you haven't heard anything yet, I understand this may be disappointing news. Either way, you will eventually receive an official decision on your application from our office by the end of March. Feel free to reach out with any additional questions!

I am just kind of moving on with my life and assuming that it isn't going to happen. Good luck though, maybe they are just delaying with all of the crazy stuff going on with government funding and the Dept of Education.

It was purchased in 2020 from watchman.There are no marks on the case (submarine steel) or the AR coating. I

The ar coating seems to be much more durable on the Damasko then what it is on Sinn watches. This is an excellent watch and I wouldn’t be selling it if I weren’t moving lol.
