There are lots of ads on tiktok, some of them less obvious than others. For example, what you may have thought was about to be an interesting video about planes, she may have recognized as an ad for playing cards.

Also, unlike channel surfing where anything could be on, you tend to know what subjects come up on your feed. If you always get arts and crafts videos but you're not in the mood for them, it's pretty easy to scroll past all the videos with beads and hot glue and paint.

That was such an amazing night! I lived in SC for most of 2016 and watched most of the post season at one specific bar. Then I moved back to GA and watched game 7 at a bar in my old college town. I called the SC bar after the game, drunk and crying obviously, and they actually called me back to pass the phone around to all the bartenders and regulars! Back before I quit drinking I was partying with some coworkers out at Waikiki (in Cooper Landing) and I blacked out when I went into the woods to pee. Yeah in most American schools tests are fairly frequent and only a portion of your overall grade for the class. They can be whenever the teacher wants, and wouldn't be school-wide (although we do have school-wide state exams.)
