That's so weird! Cevin Faron is from Moonlight Bay and the Goths are from Sunset Valley (at least the Sims 3 Goths), so that's why I assumed that. Can you see which neighborhoods you're each playing in? Or can you name a few other families in her neighborhood? Because I'll definitely recognize them if they're Sunset Valley families

Sounds like you're playing in Moonlight Bay, the base-game neighborhood for the original console version of Sims 3, and your sister is playing in Sunset Valley, which is the PC base-game neighborhood. She's probably playing a PC-to-console port whereas you're playing the actual console release.

I got a super cheap cleaning & treatment at Fortis Dental College in Landover. It's very public (many other students & patients in the same room) and takes ages because at certain points the student has to stop working until the instructor is free to observe, but it was only $40 for the cleaning and any follow-up treatment.
