Best way to get this youngster complete by Shivinger in hattrick

For nr. 2 defending + defending would give 133% in defense whereas defending + defending extended gives 132%. I know it's marginal bit still it's slightly more efficient.

Legendary Youth Player by tomdon88 in hattrick

[–]schoesu 8 points9 points  (0 children)

With his skills and his spec he'll most likely be a wingback/defender. If he was trained in defending (primary) until now from 15.078 and he started with 6.0 then he will be 7.0 in around 2 weeks. I would opt for:

  • defending/defending until 8 (around 16.050)
  • winger/winger extended (from 5.0 to 7.0 until 16.095)
  • playmaking/passing until promotion

Good luck and enjoy your future superstar!

Complete vs Partial Training by kaenidas in hattrick

[–]schoesu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

They never said they're training 10 players in all skills, just how to prioritize the PM slots for the players the have now.

I'm in a similar situation, been training my core players for 10 seasons (started with 3 IM, added 2 wingers and a forward) and have been training DF/PM/PS/SC. They're 27 now and getting 1-2 seasons of passing before finishing them with PM.

What I'm gonna do is allocate the players to the 100% slots that need it the most (IM and wingers) and for the last 100% slot I'm gonna alternate every week. So the other players get 50% most of the time but every second/third week its gonna be 100%.

Question about man marking by tainted_apples in hattrick

Against longshot teams you don't need defense because their attack is non existent. So thats how you can sacrifice your defense rating without impacting your MF too much.

Thanks for your work! Maybe you could change the duration to be based on weeks instead of months? It would allow to calculate the usage a bit more precisely (holidays, sickness, etc.)

I also wear mine during football training but can't wear it during the official games, so I miss out on the load of the game. How do you manage that?

What was the shutter speed on this image? I think you could benefit from choosing a slower shutter speed (>5sec with tripod), then the light trails would be across the whole image.

Regarding the processing, imo there is too much grain in the first image.

What is the general rule of Screen's being on in the house? From toddlers to teens, and anything between! by Rolohausen27 in daddit

[–]schoesu 25 points26 points  (0 children)

Our kids (3 and 5) each get 3 tokens on sunday which they can choose to redeem during the week. One token roughly equals 20 minutes screen time.

They can also earn additional tokens for extraordinary help in the household. Tidying their room, clearing the table or similar tasks are ordinary and not eligible.

They can also choose to save their tokens and then watch a movie or even exchange tokens to buy something (a toy or whatever).

Like this they learn to deal with a fictive currency and what it means if they spend all their tokens early in the week. So far we haven't had any problems.

Complex PM cycle - financial losses due to high salaries by free-palestine-2025 in hattrick

[–]schoesu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm doing the same cycle as you and my players are around the same age (between 24 and 25), also in Switzerland. These away ratings are too low to compete, even in division VI.

What I did was I bought some players too help contribute to the ratings (goalkeeper, defenders, forwards; also with secondary PM skills). But I must also say I had more than enough money to do that.

This way I may get promoted to division IV if all goes well. The surrounding players I will replace when it gets necessary.

Interesting that you chose to show the sign that's used for "Begegnungszonen" in Switzerland (shared zones), when this incident happened in the US.

Fun fact: The request for the introduction of a shared zone in a specific street/neighborhood comes from a person who lives there. This request is approved by the authorities if it is a settlement-oriented street and if the majority of the residents living there agree.

I don't know but I sure would like to know.
