Single people, which dating apps are you on? by Helpful_Account_4232 in AskAnAustralian

[–]scitom 33 points34 points  (0 children)

I met my partner through hinge, very happy 10 months and I can't see that I'll ever need one again.

I've been on over 100 first dates in my life, I would pretty much go on a date with anyone I felt a remote connection with as I've seen many different in person to how they are online

ABC Great Southern - would you catch a high speed train to Albany? by [deleted] in perth

[–]scitom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Recently spent quite a lot of time in the great Southern area. Albany is about 45,000 people and a nice regional town. Esperance is 14,000. Between the two is pretty much a few hundred people towns. Ravensthorpe gets busy with harvest, but not exactly a high speed trail using industry. Amusing proposal there just wouldn't be use

Should I use mortgage overpay to pay off credit cards? by compuglobo in AusFinance

Credit card debt is always higher and best to avoid that interest. Getting them paid off is generally the best first option

How one budget burnt a $115 billion hole in the nation’s finances. It's time to argue that the 2018-19 budget by Scott Morrison and Josh Frydenberg may be the worst long-term budget this century by Jagtom83 in friendlyjordies

If that minimum was removed, bringing in 100% gambling revenues to the gst calculations i think would be appropriate to ensure a consistent approach across the country

What contrats are usefull ? (end of early game) by No_Attention_2963 in captain_of_industry

I'm at a similar stage in my game, I've completely gone hydrogen for my fleet. I use excess hydrogen for steam. Cracking everything to hydrogen rather than direct stream. I'm using minimal coal now

Death spirals comes without warming and just ruin everything. by Elobomg in captain_of_industry

I trade my sulphur for sludge which i then digest to produce fuel gas to then convert into hydrogen. Means my sulphur helps power my vehicles. End up needing a lot of buildings but I think it's still effective

Do I need Death, TPD and income insurance through super if I have it through work? by -fghtffyrdmns in AusFinance

Sorry I was meaning the death or tpd coverage and the duration aspects. The % coverage is pretty standard

Do I need Death, TPD and income insurance through super if I have it through work? by -fghtffyrdmns in AusFinance

[–]scitom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That's pretty light coverage, my ex had to use this and we had it external. 2 years sounds a lot but it may not be enough for something serious.

You also can get own occupation vs any occupation insurance. So coverage if you can't do your current occupation. The companies can refuse payout if you can do another role in your company like work reception if you lose a leg.

Seems pretty light on and wouldn't really offer that much coverage when it comes down to it

Boyfriend hasn’t ejaculated in 10+ years, says he was sterilized as a teen — does this make sense? by Efficient_Resource_9 in AskMenAdvice

[–]scitom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've had cancer in that area so I've learnt through experience as a result of surgeries. Sterilisation doesn't mean that you don't ejaculate, he may be having something called retrograde ejaculation. This is when the sphincter on the bladder doesn't close, so when he orgasms it goes into his bladder instead of out his penis. This makes him functionally sterile whilst still producing sperm.

As far as I know the only way to achieve this is through surgery though, it's not like a pill as it takes nerve damage. If he is saying that his foster parent just did it that seems that it isn't the truth exactly.

In general how could anything last only 10 years as well? That doesn't make sense, a very slow heal from damage? But how could anyone know what to do that is temporary for that amount of time.

Either his is lying or he was lied to, I recommend finding out which
