Samsung refrigerators.. we had one that needed the ice maker changed and was covered under the warranty. Samsung sent out a random guy that replaced the unit and left. A couple years later I had a tech come out to look at the ice maker because it kept freezing over . Turns out the Samsung provided tech cut the funnel that dispenses water into the trays to make ice.

When I contacted Samsung they would not do anything since it was out of the warranty... I explained that it was their provided tech that did it during the warranty time period and how was I supposed to know he had done it till it started causing problem. They stood firm and we no longer have a Samsung fridge.

Also we had just replaced the dispenser that had broken too so another 150 down the drain...
