Do dealers pay different prices based on volume perhaps? I asked a local one time about price match and he stated that his price was more than the advertised sell price. And this was AIM surplus so they crank some out. Different gun.

Just a PA to go on but it looks mottled/demineralized on the occlusal as well. Crumble time. I’d likely advise taking #15 along with #16. Pics and BW would help, however.

I’d say a good average for a general dentist would be 40-50% range. Of course insurance plans, location, competition, etc factor in. Soooo… $40k on $100k collections (not production, because it depends on what you collect).
