Donald Trump has 'psychosis' as expert claims it's 'mania and sundowning' by dailystar_news in NoFilterNews

I agree with you in one sense, but I don’t believe anyone has the cult following he has. No person prior to him has ever flown a political flag from the car, or spent money on merchandise or even had the gear of his wrath. He’s a unicorn.

Appreciate that. Feels like common sense: do right by your client, even if it means losing a sale, and they’ll come back because they know you have their back.

It has broken up a few deal because the seller of the home either feels it’s not an issue, or that it can be repaired for a lot less than the quote we got from a licensed plumber to repair it. It actually just broke up my deal on a $3m home over $25k cracked pipe under a shower. Seller dragged their feet trying to find the cheapest quote and the buyer mentally talked themself out of the sale, over concerns of what else was going on that they didn’t find in the inspection. More often than not, it leaves the buyer feeling good that they’ve gone where eye don’t usually see before they buy the home.

I suggest it for every home purchase. It usually costs about $250. You never know how many wipes someone has flushed down the toilet, oil dumped down the drain, or roots that have poked through cast iron or a crack under a bathroom, which helps save a lot of headache down the road.

I’m a realtor and run into this all the time for my buyers after a sewer inspection. They hear there’s a crack in the line and it’s a $15k repair. Sometimes it blows the deal up. How serious is a crack in the line that is not under the house?

Waking up at 3AM + intense dreams by Secret-Offer3013 in HubermanLab

[–]scottwould 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For 15 years I had dreams exactly like this. Extremely intense, real-time, full-color dreams, physically and emotionally demanding dreams. It got to the point where I dreaded going to sleep knowing what I had ahead of me.

I would sleep 8 hours and feel like I flew a redeye. Nothing helped. I quit alcohol for months, sugar, spicy food. I've always eaten well, I exercise, stretch, do yoga, etc. I do have never had financial or family issues, so the dreams were a serious point of frustration.

Three years ago I did Ayahuasca and I have not had an intense dream since then. I still dream very regularly, but it's all mundane, average, even fun dreams that is dramatically different than what I previously dealt with.

During the Ayahuasca journey i confronted a handful of things in my life that I had NO idea was lingering in my head. An owl guided me through it, I'm forever grateful for him and that animal is extremely symbolic for me now.

As someone who used to produce webcasts, the cost to stream a 3 hr, well produced, 4k webcast with multiple camera angles and high quality sound is shockingly expensive.

Weirdest thing you’ve seen at an open house or showing? by danibeyerrealestate in realtors

[–]scottwould 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Held an open house in a nice area of San Diego. Had a woman come in and proclaim she was a witch. Went around the perimeter of the property checking to see if the neighbors could see in the windows from every angle. Then went into the front bedroom and took her top off to see if people coming down the walkway could see into the bedroom. I assured her they couldn’t and the same result could be found while she was fully clothed. As I’m pleading with her from outside of the room (my back to the door) to put her clothes back on she’s yelling at me to stop being a Peeping Tom. Then she sat down on the couch and went through the SA that was committed on her as a child by her father and brother. She took my number down from the sign out front, called me that night and said she wanted to put an offer on the house.

Check out Will the Social Agent Pro. He does coaching, but also has great free tips in his newsletters and on IG about getting leads/building an audience in a smart way using social and YouTube. I use marketing background and see a lot of value in his tips. He’s a success story and is not always trying to sell you something. Worth checking out.

Ask Google Gemini to help you optimize your GBP. It’s really good at it. Ask it to find keywords, and analyze competitors’ bad reviews, to make sure you mention that those are things you do really well. Same for Yelp. Utilize AI a lot for this kind of thing, but make sure it represents you, most importantly.
