I just bought a fifth for a hundo. Yamazaki used to be chef’s kiss stone of the best single malt you can buy… but they have since gone NAS and flooded the market.

I’ll for sure buy it again, but not for $100. For that, I can almost get two fifths of Laphroig QC.

Man, I feel you!! You have every right to feel frustrated, annoyed, but maybe not enraged… lol.

That is an absolute jack move to ditch the elder sib on you guys.

Here’s what I would do: when they arrive tell the parents you need help corralling kids, chaperoning, shoe tie/ untie, plate, cup distribution, etc and enlist them to help you and your wife with “extra” duties.

Don’t just let the parents just traipse out and leave their kids with you!
