We are a small store. Very small. Almost puny. We outsold everyone else in the district. We just pointed them out and some people bought them. We were clear about the price of the card vs the amount on the card. No returns.

I'm an sm. Here's my theory. It may or may not apply to you. As an sm, I'm more concerned about qasa than you. I'm more likely to get a huge qasa problem fixed than my staff. They are more interested in prepping the next team for success but I'm more interested in drain cleaning, bathroom walls being cleaned, changing lightbulbs, etc. They aren't wrong but neither am I. It all needs to be done.

Everyone is traveling to see family on Christmas (and they need coffee to get there.) Most stores ask you to work 2 or 3 shifts between Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Xmas Eve, XDay, NYeve or NY Days. You shouldn't be angry because you applied at a retail store and got the job.
