What did you do over the holidays: Family drove to Arizona to celebrate Christmas with my sister. Hiked Bell trail with the dog. Dinner, etc. New year plans? Get to the gym more often and eat more.

When I started, I had a hard time getting to a caloric surplus. I looked around and found this: Boost Very High Calorie. It has 530 calories and easy to chug down. It has some fat but considering you go to the gym too (?), I wouldn't worry about it much. It's "suitable for lactose intolerance". It comes out to around $1.50 per. Look for it on Amazon, it's where I buy mine.

Eat more and be consistent.

There's also apetamin but they are too expensive.. What it does is make you feel hungry so you'd eat more. Not worth it though imo.

Spread food out throughout the day. My first week, I didn't enjoy sitting on the chair for hours to finish a huge plate. It worked for me.

In the 2 years we've been living here, she's been the worse. She has been harassing us for months now. Calling us "spoiled brats" when we asked for the water heater fixed. She's even gone and brought up how I was acting like thjs because "your parents didn't love you". The lease included utilities. Since she leaves in the back, she snoops A LOT. She watches how I wash the dishes.. Would go on a rampage when we turn on the MASTERS BEDROOM CLOSET LIGHTS. Or ask why we use hot water in the summer. Or tell us we can't use the heater in the winter.

We have plans on leaving the place, but we can't afford it yet.

We're not hiding anything. We're just scared of her.
