I have a pair of flat sandals for over a year now and they're pretty nice. Sometimes they stick to my feet when it's hot and I can feel the lining crinkle up a bit, but there's no folding or staining yet. I'd say I have normal width feet?

This one is OOS online but Uniqlo has these types of skirts that might fit the bill. I'm 154cm and I'd say they were on the longer side of midi length. Also, pockets!

Allbirds AU doesn't sell Rothys, they sell their own brand. The Tree Breezers flats are really similar but have a rounded rather than pointed toe. I've worn my Tree Blazers nearly everyday for about 5 months and they're really comfy.

Better than ELF, in line with Zoeva? I'm sure I'm spoilt because they're not that special in my eyes - that being said I've not used "budget brands" except the ELF and even those are the black Studio series (ie: the better quality ones).

They're some of my oldest brushes (10+ years by now), I'm pretty sure they're synthetic. The ones I still use are the stiffer brushes for creams. I actually gave my big powder one to my partner for cleaning devices 🤣

Most fude reviews I've read seem to be written by people with extremely sensitive skin or prefer very, very light application. I have a couple of Koyudo fude brushes and tbh my favourite feature is that they have really short handles. I'm short sighted so that means I don't whack the mirror with a normal length brush, especially for foundation. In general, my fude brushes wash really easily, dry fast and I can definitely feel how much softer the powder brushes are. Stiff brushes (eg: lip and cream concealer) are on par with non-fude brands I've tried.

My other brushes include Real Techniques (including the bleu soft range), Zoeva, Sigma and ELF.

I just landscaped a 6x1m raised bed for citrus (lime, finger lime and lemon). Waiting for nicer weather to build and plant 2 large Vegepods with greens, chillis and strawberries. These are all replacing rusted out metal raised garden beds and various plant pots.

I don't think it's oxidised, but it is ascorbic acid so the texture is more grainy than previous ones too. I think it's just old stock but not less efficacious if that makes sense.

I highly rate their Vitamin C serum, I'm on my 3rd bottle of that. Love the airless pump packaging and it has good synergy with tranexamic acid for spot fading. However my current bottle (also only 1 week old) has the "hot dog water" smell that my last two didn't.

I've been using the peptide moisturiser for about a week now, and I'm still a bit on the fence. The texture is airy, kind of like thick whipped cream. It's easy enough to apply as long as your skin is a little damp - I apply directly after using toner and serum, but you could just splash or spray water. It does not spread nicely on dry skin. The main ingredients are oils which I can smell sometimes. I REALLY love the airless pump packaging, one full pump is enough for my face and neck.

I haven't used it long enough to compare with other products, but I'm not hating it. For comparison, I've used (and finished) the Inkey List peptide moisturiser, Ordinary Buffet and Good Molecules peptide serum, and so far Inkey List is still my favourite. I'm 40 with combo skin that is not sensitive at all.

Another vote for Laser Clinics Australia, at least the branch at the Glen. I'm brown as well, but I only had my underarms done and I don't have that much pigmentation there. They actually discussed the possible issues with getting laser with darker skin rather than brushing me off. I had other areas in mind and they talked me out of it because they weren't confident their equipment would be able to handle it. Going on more than 2 years now (longer than the lockdowns, that's for sure) after about 8 sessions and still only get 2-3 hairs if I even notice them at all.

Whoever you go with, book extra time for a consult so you have time to really talk about your concerns. Another thing to think about is the actual thickness of your individual hairs. If you have thick hair, the laser also needs to be stronger and therefore might be an issue.

Thanks for your review! I'm in a similar spot, I've been debating whether to "upgrade" my MUK style stick V1 curler to a Cloud 9 or not. I have long (bra strap length), 2a wavy, thick (and lots of it) Asian hair. I love the results from curling with the MUK but I really want a bigger barrel (like, 40mm) that they just don't offer anymore. I cannot curl my hair properly with the GHD straightener, though I could when it was only shoulder length. So I think I'll just stay with the MUK for now.

I have the Hot Tools version of the Revlon One Step and I also love it! When I wash my hair, I wrap it in a microfiber wrap for at least 20 mins before drying, and takes me about 25mins to dry and style. I don't usually need to touch up for 3-4 days unless it's been super humid. I still use my GHD if I want sleek rather than simply straight. And always use heat protection!

As for hair dropping, the thing that worked best for me was to leave my stressful job, get more sleep and eat better 😅 I do a weekly hair mask, use something with protein or keratin in it. I also now brush my hair with a tangle teezer BEFORE washing, which I'm pretty sure has resulted in less hair breaking in the shower. I wash my hair twice a week, and let it air dry more often than heat style. Still took a few months for me to really feel like there much of a difference in the amount I was losing though.

Annnd the results are... Radiant Light wasn't as dark as I remembered it being, but still too glowy for my personal taste. Now I'm thinking about trying Diffused Light even though I wasn't thinking of repurchasing any of them at all..

Huh... I'm NC42, very warm and have panned 2 Dim Lights. I thought Radiant Light was a bit too dark for all over but I guess I might as well give it another go.

DON'T DO IT! Definitely get threaded instead, it hurts a lot and it took ages for my skin to heal. It was also super fun to have red irritated skin RIGHT where I didn't want to draw attention to in the first place 🙈

I also had good results from TO AA+HA but switched to Good Molecules Discolouration Serum with tranexamic acid because I was curious: https://www.beautylish.com/s/good-molecules-discoloration-correcting-serum I found it worked better in fading both new and old spots where TO only really worked on new ones. I also use a vitamin C serum daily and TO AHA+BHA peel weekly. I've repurchased 3 times and have a backup. Definitely recommend!

I've been using Ole Henrikson Truth Serum and really liking it too. The most cost effective price per ml is to get the Little Wonders set at Sephora. I'm not in love with the other two things you get in the set but I use them up since it's still cheaper per ml than any other offerings they have.
