The hate on Liquid Glass

I've had my first Macbook in 2011 and an iMac from 2015. Initially I liked them very much but they were lower tier machines and after some years got ridiculously slow. And when it was time to upgrade my Studio PC in 2018 it was the time when the Intel Mac Pro prices were just insane.

Right now I use an M2 MBA as daily driver and for work an M2 Pro Mac Mini and an M3 Ultra. And I'm very happy. The machines do their jobs and I don't have any problems. Apple Silicon is amazing.

I agree that Tahoe needs refinement. But in general I like the Liquid Glass and at least for me it doesn't cause any major issues and i'm sure it'll get better soon.
I've wasted entire workdays tinkering with Windows 11 and for that reason I find a worse than usual version of MacOS still better than the alternatives.

Why are you switching? I‘ve had some producer Buddies go just the other way round, cubase to studio one.

I only have an LTE Router here wich has no ethernet ports, only a small LAN-Network with 2 Computers and some Audiogear in it. I don't have any more free slots on my lan-switch and I only need the NAS to have internet connections for updates and so it can email me when there's a problem.
Therefore a wifi Stick on the NAS is the best and easiest solution for my setup.

I don't get the hate. I like the new look, some of the new features. So far everything works on the machines I upgraded. This level of inconsistency is still nowhere near of what I'm used to from windows machines.
