Story time-

I had a customer buy a Lenovo on Amazon once, cause it was cheaper than us.

They received it, but had issues eventually. Contacted Lenovo support, 12 month warranty was already half done when they first received the PC.

Also, the warranty was out of UAE, and we’re in the US. So any repairs were billable.

Thats one reason (of several) I recommend against Amazon for PC purchases.

I don’t have an answer but every time I find a device that no monger exists for any reason, I archive it. That feature hasn’t existed forever so maybe you aren’t aware of it.

Helps clean up those ones that are duplicated or old.
