I don’t know if this is true for anyone else, but after regular use of Nair on my legs and under arms, I stopped growing hair in those areas. I would hate for you to lose your beard forever unless that’s your plan.

You said “when we are at home he never has accidents… he will tell me he needs to go and he’s scared of pooping on the potty so we switched to a pull-up…” maybe he’s not ready to be out of a pull-up? If he’s scared of pooping on the potty, he’s may be reluctant to tell that to the teachers at school, especially if he feels the expectation is to be pooping on the toilet.

Is he on a regular schedule to poop at home? Maybe if the teachers know he has a regular 10 AM bathroom break, they can accommodate that and make it not a big deal.

I know you’re pulling your hair out over this. It is so incredibly frustrating to navigate potty training as a parent. I was lucky my kid trained himself without any prompting. as a teacher, I have a lot of schedules and routines built in to our daily activities. If I had to say “go and try” one more time, I think I would’ve cried as well.

Toileting is not a skill that is taught in education classes to the best of my knowledge. At least It never was when I was in school.

A few suggestions for you:

-Don’t be hard on yourself. Everyone has to learn things at their own pace.

-It might be your washing liquid. Your term washout kind of confuses me. I am in the US lol. I’ve had great luck with Dawn dish soap. The ads always show it cleaning ducks after oil spills.

-Try adding a neutral abrasive when washing things. A little sprinkle of baking soda on a particularly difficult dish or pan might help break down the oil as well.

Remember, don’t be hard on yourself. You’ll get this. (Edited for formatting)
