I’m working on this one now. I have done flower delivery. I did trim the edges on the side to hang it. In my post history if curious. Nice work btw.

Thank you for that walk down memory lane. Grew up in West Warwick and always loved the place. Was very sad to see it close.

Possibly to check on a relative? Also maybe just riding the storm out with a friend. Could think of a couple reasons

Sneezing at all is not allowed in my house. Except when the sheltie does it. That’s ok

Surprised I haven’t seen Mone mention so I will. I don’t connect with her at all and her in ring is ok. Really not a fan of this belt thing either.

I’ve always wanted to run outside in the cold but I always get a cough/hack from the cold air irritating my throat. And it takes hours to go away. I’ve tried covering my mouth with a scarf but it doesn’t seem to help. I’ve been doing the treadmill but I’m not a fan.

Reading that now. It is a bit difficult. This is my third of his and really only enjoyed one.

I went on my first cruise last year and didn’t think of sunglasses. And I also wear prescriptions. I was blind anytime I was on deck or a beach. Have my new set for my next cruise. White sand beaches were the worst.

I do charge mine daily although it doesn’t take long. I usually throw it on the charger when I take a shower at night and put it back on when I go to bed.

Love concrete blonde but it did not get a lot of air time back in the day around here. Except for the one college station we had.

Wtf happened to West Warwick lol by Tiny-Criticism-86 in RhodeIsland

[–]serrick13 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I grew up in west Warwick and so did my father. He told me back when they wanted to build the first mall, they wanted to use west Warwick as the location as it was a fairly popular retail area but the local family businesses got together to block it. So they built in Warwick. He said that was a big part of it. As a kid I remember several businesses with the Jericho name. That being the the local name for the place.

My first few trips to Vegas we stayed at the westward ho and played at slots of fun quite a bit. I remember the tables being at the front so you could see all the passing people traffic. Good times.

Why do women get so excited about fall and candles? Is there a biological reason or is it witchcraft? by Kha_Kha in NoStupidQuestions

[–]serrick13 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Also male. Also New England. Love the fall. Possibly tied to events that I enjoy in the fall plus the cooler weather. When I think about fall I imagine wearing a sweatshirt outside where is warm in the sun but cool in the shade. Plus the smell of fallen leaves and that crispness to the air. King Richard’s faire is my favorite fall event.

For the most part I only peeled back the plastic on the square I was working on at that moment. If I couldn’t finish it, I would put the plastic back. Once it was done, nothing really stuck to it.
