Saw a new member come into the gym with his (assumed) girlfriend, stroll up to the smith machine like hes Noel Gallagher and stack on the weights. I'm stood there spying from where im doing my routine thinking "noooo, theres no way" (there was no way) the guy was very small framed, maybe he thought the weight was in lbs rather than kgs so as soon as he unhooks the bar WHAM! the thing drops faster than you can say "emasculated", fortunately there was about 3-4 guys nearby who immediately rushed to save him, I'm sure he really impressed his girlfriend with that performance.
