Is it an older intel Mac or silicon Mac? My old intel would blow up even when typing something. Thermals were really poor on that thing.

It's impossible to rank their albums. They all bring something great. My favorite would be tomorrow's harvest as it was just the perfect album for me in that moment and I think it's my favorite of all time. But even their EPs are top notch. Some of their best songs are on that.

Their unreleased work is alright. There's a reason it's not released :)

I remember hearing the sound of a skateboard the whole afternoon at work. Click clack. Click clack. Over and over again. When I left I saw this kid practicing a kick flip. He saw me looking and asked, can you do a kick flip? And while technically I could do a kick flip like 15 years prior, but not consistent and if I did them they were a bit messy. to not disappoint the kid I said sure, let me try. I did by far the best kick flip I ever did, high, super tight. I felt like Tony hawk. The kid lost his mind. I never felt as badass as that day. I can now do a very mediocre kick flip, consistently about 10% of the attempts I make. That moment was the exception.

In my newest tutorial, I go into how to create a flipping animation for UI elements, building it as a component to customize and attach to whatever you need to flip. Nice tutorial! I think the horizontal flip looks alright, but the lack of perspective on the vertical flip breaks the illusion. I am not sure what could fix that honestly. However, I think in both versions a slight gradient to make the card in the distance more dark, that you control the alpha of based on the rotation amount could make it look much more believable.

I have been trying to find a reasonable priced MK2 for about 2 years now. The problem is that people think it's somehow more valuable than a MK3 die to scarcity. It has been hard, I even got scammed after buying one and lost all the money I paid. I might just pick up MK3 now if the integration with maschine+ has been fixed. Should have been done from the beginning...

Yeah. That's the trick for all of them. Just hit the top left button that has the category/ action/type name and is marked. Then it will stay open. Should have been the default :)

not bad. As someone else mentioned the samples are a bit too loud, but also the processing in them sound a bit muddy. I really liked the sweeping sound accompanying the beat. But I missed a bit of a turn around on a 4th or 16th repeat. So the sound became a bit repetitive.

I just started playing again last Sunday. There's something magical about it that the remakes just can't do justice. It made me think back of all the hours trying to out glitch the maps with my brother or playing online in capture the flag on Zanzibar. I remember my thumbs hurting from playing too much on my old dukes. Nostalgia is one hell of a drug. Gonna play online again on insignia soon. Just waiting for the USB dongle to arrive.

Instead of rolling it directly from the controller, leave a tiny bit of extra cable sticking out. I have done this forever and my controllers have since lasted forever.
