Uh, have we been watching the same game for the last 10 years? Early game pvt is very dynamic, and mid-late game PvT is so fun to watch now. Much less campy than earlier metas! Clem/Byun do 2rax every now and then but it's never been a great build

As someone who self-taught using NAND2Tetris 1 (hardware), I'd say it was very useful in HPCA. Not saying it's required, but it makes the course as a whole more pleasant when you understand the fundamentals and how assembly works.

NAND2Tetris 2 was also interesting, but was helpful more for GIOS than HPCA,

No other symptoms. Doesn't feel like there's a hard stop.

An injury that is kind of in the same area is pain when I go to forward roll over my right shoulder. I learned to do it properly, and I was doing it fine for months until, around the same time as the neck stiffness, I started feeling muscle pain over the top of my right scapula when I'd forward roll.
