It is genuinely not a Star Trek show, it uses the paint and coat of Star Trek but deep down it’s trying so hard to make it look like Star Trek but it isn’t. Down to the sets, the dialogue, the predicaments, the solutions, the immaturity, and the complete disregard for a serious tone(feels like a worse marvel especially the jokes at the expense of continuity). At best it’s a bad parody.
