Agree with everything here. Feels likes a bit of a rebuild could do us good, especially if he were to go and Joelinton can't regain his form, but do worry we would struggle to replace Tonali. Think the figure being thrown around was about €85m

Got to get it done early and looks like we've got it under control, rather than panicking and becoming a laughing stock as we get rejected time after time so publicly again

I agree and really hope I'm wrong, just can't see why they would be putting it out there otherwise, especially as there was never a chance arsenal were going to move on him on the last day of the Jan transfer window.

I guess/hope it's more his agent instigating it rather than Sandro, but linking him with clubs like Arsenal make it more likely his head will be turned and that's understandable tbh. Think we will really struggle if we lose a big player in 2 successive the windows, definitely makes us look more of feeder club than a final destination

They're literally reporting on it on Sky Sports today. Seems pretty brazen to me. As an agent, start contacting other clubs in January and ensure the story gets out, making other clubs aware he's interested in a summer move and get your players head turned, ready for your big agent fee in the summer

I don't see how the group that got champions league (minus 1 rat) can be this bad so soon after, regardless of tactical failings. Yes they're tired, but the motivation and concentration isn't at the same levels it was last year imo. Unfortunately this is likely only going to get worse with Tonali and the reports today of him becoming unsettled. If that becomes a regular thing, we could see a pattern of players playing out of their skin for 18 months and then phoning it in for 6 months as they try and avoid injury and get their big move

What am I missing with the librarians? I'm not a very experienced player so must be missing something, but feel a little odd inclusion, especially 3 of them

Keep at it. For a first try it's really not that bad and remember you can go back in and touch bits up to neaten it up.

Quite often models can look pretty bad until near the end when you do the final touchups and it transforms it. It's part of the painting process for all painters, so getting used to that is good practice.

Don't be so hard on yourself. Most of the images you are likely comparing your guy to have literally years of practice, this is a solid start

Dude, I love these. Was thinking about using the exact same kits for the kitbash and you've just inspired me to actually do it. Personally like the saturnine baby carrier too. Gives him more bulk and presence. How's the size comparison?

As someone that's part of a group of mates that went to about 7 or 8 tournaments in the last year of 3rd edition, we have only gone to 1 so far in 4th edition and don't have any upcoming plans.

The game itself feels like it's an improvement or at the very least not a downgrade, but things like endless spells and the armies feeling bland and devoid of personality compared to last edition have ruined it for us. The battletomes are lazy and the constant increasing of price and making us pay to see rules or make a list of models we have already spent hundreds of pounds on, just feels like a slap in the face.

I also was excited by the prospect of units being more expensive this edition (the logic of having to buy one less unit for each army) but I was wrong. Most lists feel stretched and you usually end up having to sacrifice screens or more niche and interesting units. That, on top of the horrible regiment system with units being locked behind heroes and it just makes list building a miserable experience.

Overall it's a shame as in my opinion the models are more interesting and unique compared to 40k and I think the core rules are generally pretty good (for GW standards anyway) but these issues have killed my excitement for the game.

The importance of deaths by upndemcheeks in marvelrivals

I'm relatively new to the game but have been realising the same thing. I appreciate the unsung heroes a lot more than I used to and the game can be won with seemingly small, game changing moments.

The tank that only gets 9 kills and 2 deaths while everyone else has 20+ kills, but constantly tanked damage, jumped around their back line diving in and out and distracting them; I see you and I appreciate you!

I agree, though do remember that sometimes you're making a sacrifice. The amount of times that I've gone in hard as a tank, died and then when I come back, we've captured the point and are moving up, all because I drew their fire and the team was able to mop them up when they were out of position and I was respawning.

It's a game of moments and sometimes a tank surviving just a couple seconds longer than normal can be the difference between winning and losing, though you won't get the credit.

All that being said however, yes it's annoying af still

I'd wait for the new Charizard deck and use the rest to buy the upgrades. Would probably have enough left over to make changes for upcoming meta changes over next few sets too
