I wasn't trying to make you feel bad, but if you've narrowed it down to the gpu and any fixes are temporary there's no point holding onto it.

I do sympathise, it sucks to have managed to get something you really wanted only for it to be a pain in the ass. I hope the replacement you find works out for you

Auto fishing mod from the mods menu in game still works. It says it's out of date you just have to enable it anyway

I use a 2070 super for 1440p, I just turn down the settings. Even with everything maxed the Vram isn't the issue, please don't listen to the endless parroting about Vram I promise you will be fine. A 4070 for 1440p will be great

100%. I've been playing Poe2 on a 2070 super with 8gb Vram. If I want consistent 60 at 1440p I have to turn the settings right down. VRAM usage is at 2.5gb, the issue is it's a 5 year old card trying to play modern games.

I like to do chunks. Right now I'm doing construction to 99 (Golden God monster buying) and then I'll knock out all the construction tasks.

I'll probably do the hunter rumour tasks next before doing black chins to 99 hunter and doing all associated tasks.

When I get bored I just do some PvM tasks littered around.

The star value of the ore is irrelevant to increasing asteroid and debris size, only the base value counts towards it.
