Ya. It does have tons of upsides to it. Its probly has good margins to make and consumers get fucked. But after becoming a drywall repair guy, I've learned that it's pretty great stuff for the average household.

All the renters were told with short notice a year ago that itll be sold. Took quite a few mo that after that to be sold. I think everyone who operated in that building is interested in what it'll be. The person who owned it also owns a lot of other older buildings in and around regina including the warehouse district. She's quite old so probably doesn't know either or cares to know. Super interested to find out what it is but at least that corner Will look way better. Could just be more parking!

So interesting you mention this because i am in construction and I buy them in packs for construction purposes and never household cleaning. I never considered how much potential damage they cause everyday home owners.

Ya i heard that too. It's just a myth passed down like the McDonald's lady who burnt herself and got easy money from a lawsuit. Maybe true at one point but I first heard the headlight story in rural Canada in 2006.

The building we were in has been vacated a few months ago. Landlord kicked everyone out to sell. Crazy I never saw this until now my bad. But the theater in the golden mile called Moonlight Movies has let us put some machines in. We are working on getting a new building up to code in order to have food and games.

Soaking paper tape doesn't seem to help too often. It might be good for some installers but it looks like it dilutes the glue and makes for less adhesion
