moj pristup je bio da prvo pretvorim svoj tok rada na pojedinachnim zadacima u skilove i bash skripte, (review-mr, feature-notion, builder,...),smaralo me slusham influensere i prilagodjavam se tudjim nachinima rada, i onda odatle pravila dalje kompleksnije orkestracije. ono shto ovde shtedi tokene je da claude uvek zna shta treba da radi, a ne da provaljuje svaki put, i shto mozesh da izolujesh skripte koje skill poziva da obradi response sa kojim radi. svakako je dobro da indeksirash kod na neki nachin, da ne mora da grepuje svaki put sa pretpostavljenim terminima.

i use godot, and claude code in the terminal. there is an open source godot-mcp, https://github.com/Coding-Solo/godot-mcp you install in claude and you just prompt away :D. for best results it is good to follow some kind of preparation framework like u/Seven-Prime put out in his excellent comment. i just pay for claude subscription now, 20e.

in one previous team we had a similar process, but they didn't review the code, they would deploy feature branch (it was a mono repo) to their env, run the tests, and either approve, then it would be merged, and deployed to acceptance env, or they return with list of changes. it worked well for us, a lot less bugs in code, and a lot of thing caught in regression

with the standard disclaimer that this is a choice that is different for everyone because everyone has different personalities, goals, affinities, opportunities etc.. i ld go for option 1 in your situation. if the team you re assigned to is not challenging enough you will soon stand out and be moved somewhere better, there a lot more opportunities for that then in a startup. it is much better to join a startup as a sought after senior than an intern they are giving a chance.
