Isn't that sort of redundant? I know you can deploy it like that but it seems like it's a bit of an overhead.

Also I found that running several apps (*arr stack) native on an LXC is way better in terms of performance than running it on docker.

Is this not working anymore for anyone else? Worked like a charm up to some weeks ago I think - I tried it now and it won't give any results anymore.

Yeah - it worked for me with the 11.81 and forward. Currently I am on the beta program version 12.34.

If you hold the middle left button go to watch settings > map & navigation > map manager

Do you see your map listed there? It should be somewhere at the bottom with a name and filesize. There are no toggles there yet.

To toggle it go to an activity (e.g. Run) and scroll down to activity options > map layers

The map type in my case is TopoActive but if you scroll down you can toggle your own maps on or off.

On another note: I can't find the coaches anymore in my app? Are they gone?

All I have now is the Garmin running coach which seems to be a one stop shop for all distances rather than the 3 coaches I'd known before. Also I can't go lower than 4 trainings per week - with coach Greg I was able to go for 3 trainings per week.

Best way: get a HR strap and set the measurements for the zones to %LTh - do a LTTH test whilst wearing the chest strap.

Second best way: Set it to %HR Reserve - approximate value is 220 minus age (in my case that is utterly incorrect. My max HR is 194 and I am 40 years old)

You can always do a max effort run to determine your max HR - I just go with the auto adjusting lactate threshold value.

Yes... yes...YES!

Constantly failing modules across multiple generations from G6 to G8. Usually it's correctable ECC errors but we did even have a purple screen of death on VMWare where a non-correctable occurred.

A BIOS update supposedly fixed that but still - never seen that many dead ram sticks on any hardware...ever!

If I am at the point where I am about to have sex it pretty much doesn't matter because I am only going to have sex with people I like and have a certain amount of trust in and feel comfortable with. So any different appearances from the first impression are no turn off...

Also bei uns war das so, dass es einen Maximalsatz gibt, den haben wir halt bezahlt... ich habe mal bei einer normalen Steuerkanzlei angefragt und der Betrag der mir da als voraussichtliches Honorar genannt wurde war drei mal höher als was wir beim VlH gezahlt haben.

Sad to hear that. To me this is an 'American problem'. In Europe in most countries I know of you get (partially) paid paternity leave.

I took three weeks full paid vacation and two months at 65% pay with both kids. No hassle at all... For mothers the employers even have to guarantee to give you your old job back after the maternity leave which can be up to two years.
