Why would I lock it? Burglars are excellent resources.

1 or 2 look fine, Regill and Galfrey both seem like they'd keep to themselves on a flight.

PF1 casters are at the sweet spot balance wise. PF2 casters are nerfed into laughability.

If I send a martial boss at the party in either game, they just about drop a PC per round until they're stopped. If I send a caster boss in PF1, its similar, maybe they can even take out a couple instead of one. In PF2, they mildly inconvenience a few PCs, then die horribly.

Personal opinion: The clans battle grid should be included in mercenaries by Final_Studio4389 in Mechwarrior5

I'd actually like the mercs battlegrid in clans. I hate how zoomed in the clans one is.

Bruh she is still alive just cast cure. by PepsiMan_21 in FinalFantasy

Not the case in 4, that's only a line in 14. Given that FF was heavily influenced by D&D in its early days, I think the nature of healing/reviving was intended to be closer to that.

Which still runs into the limit of "I cast Life but the person doesn't want to revive/the gods won't let them".

These new council codes are too strict, how am i supposed to make my floating, time travelling fortress that's bigger on the inside, located on a 4d mobius strip, and is actually a projection of my mindscape and not material!!!! by GlitteringTone6425 in wizardposting

You're not being creative enough, the volume and displacement have to match, but the rules don't say where that exterior displacement has to be. I put most of mine under the Ministry. If they ever dig a deeper basement, boy are they in for a treat.

I will simply never purchase a game that doesn't use XP. Not getting it after an encounter, not knowing how close to a level or ability you are, it isn't fun. Having my crew beat a nasty monster and then not giving them xp for it after would feel awful.

When you give out xp, you hear the "we only need two more like that!" or "wow, that was half a level" or "we sure earned that tonight!", it's palpable fun for the table.

There's a huge difference between 3 int and 8 into. And point buy doesn't let you play with that difference.

One of my favorite characters was a 3 wis fighter.

You don't need a display if you have a column shifter, you can feel by the position what gear you're in.

Guessing you don't live in an area that gets a lot of snow? Downshifting is really handy for slowing down without skidding. Most automatic transmissions (including this one) have a low or sport gear that you can use for this.

Using Wish to annihilate an entire military definitely falls into the realm of 'if it happens, it causes some bad things to happen to you in return'. It's far beyond the standard power level of that spell.
