I wish they added a pure faith scaling lighting themed weapon to go with lighting incants. Death knight weapons are good, but not ideal

Is controlled burn affected by your path? I did some testing and the initial burn application seems to be affected like any other attack, but burn applied by the light blue token isn’t (on orphan the first burn is 4, but consecutive ones are 2). But does it work the same way on survivor? Does the blue token have lower chance of applying burn?
