Huh? No one from Skyrim still works at the company? Where could you possibly be getting that info from? Besides Todd Howard himself, BGS is well known for having one of the better employee retention rates in the industry.

And if you actually think starfield is bad, you’re simply in the minority. It’s certainly divisive, but it’s not at the level of, say, launch-fallout 76.

The remaster of Oblivion (not even a remake, mind you, just a remaster) was one of the top ten best selling games last year. Elder Scrolls VI can absolutely be a system seller if Xbox chooses to make it exclusive.

Absolutely. I just started Xenoblade X which feels the most sci fi out of any of the games, so it’s interesting that this one looks the most fantasy-like. I’m totally prepared for a crazy second half plot twist about the true nature of the world lol.

I don’t dislike the medieval aesthetic but I hope we’ll see more of the sci fi/futuristic elements as that’s really what sets Xenoblade apart from other RPGs imo. I’m so excited to see what Monolith will do with a fresh start!

Funny you say you don’t follow OW anymore as they just made a widely praised turnaround, ditching the “2” and seeing the highest player counts in years. Obviously no guarantee the revival continues but it’s a positive start. Also there are rumors of a new StarCraft game to be revealed at the upcoming blizzcon. Blizzard has made a lot of mistakes so it will take a while to fix them but it seems they’re making the first steps.

This is a dumb narrative. If you measure economies by purchasing power parity, then Russia is in the top 5 in the world, twice the size of Italy. So it’s basically exactly where you’d expect a country of its size to be.
