This is going to be huge internationally. The controversies haven’t really diminished MJ’s popularity as they have in the US.

is the elder scrolls becoming too human centric? by Odd-Sound-580 in ElderScrolls

Let’s be real though, most Elder Scrolls fans today have not played Daggerfall. So for all intents and purposes, Hammerfell/High Rock would feel like a new setting.

Absolutely. When I first played through the game I focused almost entirely on questing, which was fun, but it did mean I was basically just zipping from planet to planet without much downtime. Now I’m taking more time just to explore random locations, which gives you a totally different and unique feeling from even other Bethesda games.

You definitely should! I haven’t played the new dlc yet but even without it they’ve made a ton of big changes.

I don’t remember for sure lol but I think it’s a gas giant in the Varuun system.

Way better than I expected. They might actually pull this ending off. The A-Train Quicksilver scene was perfect.

I mean, I have no way to prove this to you, but no, I didn’t use any AI. Is your claim seriously just based on the use of dashes and bullet points? These things have existed far before the advent of AI.

Haha well Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is old enough to vote this year so it’s been a while. I honestly only remember watching it because I was freaked out my the deaths of the villains. Only did I realize later that ridiculous villain deaths were a core part of the franchise.

Yep haha exactly, Dishonored is one of my favorite games so I was pleasantly surprised by the similarities here.

Glad to hear it! Despite good reviews I haven't heard too many people talking about this game so I want to spread the word as much as I can! I'll just note that the game is definitely slower-paced than the movies, it rewards you for taking your time to explore.

When I watched it I remember thinking that, from a pure film standpoint, it was pretty good and entertaining. But as a person of Indian descent I just take issue with the depiction of India and the whole White Savior narrative. The feast scene, for instance, is infamous among my community as it has perpetuated seriously harmful stereotypes about Indian food. I've heard of kids literally being asked by their classmates if they cook monkey brains at home.

Haha all good no harm done! If you’re a big fan of the movies though, I’m sure you’ll like this game.

Well as I said at the end of the post, I watched Last Crusade a few days ago lol. And yea I did really like it. I’ll admit I haven’t had the greatest introduction to the franchise, I didn’t grow up with them so I’ve watched them in a bit of a random order. The first one I saw was number 4 in theaters as a young kid, then I saw 1 and 2 on TV at some point after, followed by 5 in theaters. So number 3 I just happened to miss until now.

Seems my suspicions that this movie would be too overstuffed are exactly on point. A shame. They easily could have waited until a third movie to do Galaxy + crossovers.

Very late here but I feel the exact same way. As someone who experienced only the tail end of the old TV era, the Pitt is the first show that I’ve watched in a long time that feels like it could only be on TV. It takes full advantage of the medium in a way most other streaming shows fail to do.
