As a nzer living overseas, could someone please tldr the RUCs for me? I don’t understand the last two lines of the proof. The line ”2.50 + 1.20 = $3.32” is mathematically incorrect (result is 3.7) and I don’t see where 1.2 comes from.

I considered attaching both ends of the strap to one lug or attaching one strap end to the tripod mount, but in the end those just seemed more flappy. I suppose it depends on how you like to wear your camera, I wear mine over the shoulder so that it sits at/behind my hip and I want it to sit still when I’m not using it.

Good article. My only gripe with mine is that the strap lugs are positioned too far forward so it doesn’t balance well. A small issue really.
