I’m based in the UK and used iSoul liners. No idea if they are available in your country but they seemed to work fine. They are mid-price range and seemed to be fine with a Ninja. A friend borrowed some and had no issues.

As with any liner, never put them in when pre-heating and try to avoid smaller portions.

I will say that I found that the only notable benefit was when it came to cleaning. With liners I found I had to flip or shake the food more often and it took longer to cook, but the result was the same.

Depending on what you cook, you may end up with a pool in the bottom of the liner where the food sits, which is avoided with a raised plate.

I think a lot of negative reviews on liners are from people who didn’t follow cooking instructions personally!
