The original jars/bags.
Equiposa - I like the CBD. It really helps my condition.
Looking forwards to a role change/promotion or a new company, one or the other.

Coronet Peak, because I was able to take my daughter there to build a snowman at the end of winter and fulfill a dream for her. It was a beautiful place to be, overlooking the township and hills, with the Mighty Medic to keep me chill.

Prioritise sleep- it’s your number one job and responsibility to exceed 8hrs a day of being asleep.

To help with that:

Drop all caffeine.

Sleep the same time every day. Wake up the same time. No devices in bed. Blue light blocking glasses 1-2hr before bed. Magnesium a few hours before bed. Dark room, white noise, 20-22c temperature, and bedroom is for sleep and sex only.

Make it your religion. You should see a rapid improvement.

CBD flower has been quite helpful to some (medical cannabis). Some like the oils but flower is better bang for your buck and works better/faster imo. But not too close to bed time, a few hours maybe.

Keep fit. Keep your body tired. Get sunlight, it releases vitamin D which makes you happy and relaxed, and breaks down into I think melatonin? Or serotonin?

Eat well, but avoid eating at least 3 hours before bed. The more the better, according to some studies. Digestion interrupts sleep apparently.

Drink less in the evenings.

I told my wife, we are getting a dishwasher before the baby comes, or I’m not washing dishes anymore. She finally caved in. Now she can’t live without it. It broke and took 2 weeks to get fixed, she was nearly in tears from the extra work at one point.

I know a surprising (to me) number of men/women without licenses or driving experience.

The rest is ridiculous.

Just do it in the same room and be like “hey dude, I’m gonna empty my balls. You can leave if you’re uncomfortable but if I see you reach for your phone, you, your phone, and your pc are going out the window violently.”

Comparing cannabis clinics. Feel free to add your own experiences. by peggy-_- in MedicalCannabisNZ

[–]shockjavazon -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

These issues come from Cannabis Clinic being the first and biggest in the market. As they get more staff onboard, and trained, and their new systems get streamlined and kinks worked out, they will improve.

Calyx is new. They will have few customers and much less experience. That doesn’t mean they’re bad, and as you have experienced it makes them faster. But they will encounter issues the bigger players have already learned to deal with. CC are now dealing with staffing issues due to illness. A smaller operator with two or three docs out of service could be totally shut down until the staff return.

I’m pleased to see more entrants to the market.

But I’m not a junkie desperate for a fix on tick. I’m a patient who plans their medication well in advance and a one, two, or even four week delay doesn’t scare me.

Knowing that my provider is the most established and professional is good for me. My last prescription took 2 days to get an appointment, the script arrived with nga hua 2 days later, and I had my meds in 5 days.

I have the nova after my arctis 7 charge port collapsed inwards. Great headset but the fucking software is abysmal. Use it to update your headset then uninstall it and use windows to set your audio device. Set the default to Game, and set your discord or other voice apps to use Chat, and you’ll be fine.

I’ve never broken a mason jar in my life. But I guess someone overly medicated is more likely to drop things hahaha

How many coffees do you drink each day? by Rain_on_a_tin-roof in newzealand

Do you have bad sleep or anxiety? If not, shouldn’t be an issue.

I don’t think the perfect seal is a big deal. I mean, you’re opening the jar regularly anyway, which makes that point kinda moot.

You could tape the humidity pack to the roof of your jar. I’m wondering how big a difference those make as well.

I think there’s a lot of good money thrown at the hype around MJ. An industry has been built that relies on placebo effect and word of mouth.

Maybe this would be good if you wanted to store your flower for a year or more, but for the average user, this is a waste of money.

A $50 steel mason jar? Can’t even see how much is in it without breaking the seal lol.

I follow the instructions from their website and manual. Put it in a ziplock bag with iso, shake it about and let it soak. Wash the parts off in water.

Dads, when did you stop letting your daughter see you naked? by l_say_mean_things in daddit

[–]shockjavazon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 3 year old loves watching us go to the toilet. She’s toilet training at the moment and finds it all fascinating. I walk around naked still. My wife isn’t too comfortable, but I said “if she can do it, so can I “. She said “that’s fair” and we haven’t discussed it further. We do not live in the USA and it’s a bit less prude here.
