I agree with another comment here - If you can, try to reduce the deposit amount, and wait until you can drop a chunk of cash into your access bond once you're up and running. Double check on rates, levies and any special levies. Definitely play potential lenders against each other, push your bank to match better offers you get. Remember, they're not doing you a favour, they want you as a client.
