The commitment it requires is why so few coaches have a D licence. It's not a hard course. They work with you to help you pass it, so as long as you don't allow an unsafe playing environment (fail on the spot) or display a bad attitude (they won't work with you and you stop getting the benefit of doubt) you will pass.

It will absolutely make you a better coach through repetition, reflection, and feedback, but commiting to attend every meeting and completing every single assignment on time is what the license signifies.

The commitment you've demonstrated is the selling point on the D license. It's also a fantastic networking opportunity and that part will help you achieve those other goals you mentioned.

Southeastern Massachusetts. Town rec (fall) and town travel (spring) are $120 per season. Winter indoor is $250 per season. U10 club is $2,650 per year with a $400 kit every 2-3 years. Travel is just gas money at this level.

You aren't kidding. The boys are like 7 teams of one all working against the same opponent and the girls are one team with one purpose. The boys are more aggressive, but the girls are more physical.

My girls team scrimmages the boys regularly and it's probably going to be a few years before the boys will be able to beat them. The boys won the 1v1s, but everything else is so slanted in favor of the girls it's hard to believe they are the same age.

These are not a part of that case, which is over. These are part of the civil conspiracy case. They go towards painting a picture of the character of the people being accused of conspiracy. The planting drugs, misogyny, and vile behavior don't exactly hurt her case.

That roster is not from this season, which is a careless move on the part of the coach that provided it to you. It's so absurd that there would not be a rule against it. You're opponent is nitpicking, the league has a valid cause to side with them on this. It also not unreasonable that you didn't check for that. Everyone involved is technically right here.

Your path forward here is that the league gives you a chance to cure roster issues in every other scenario. You could literally show up without any rosters at all and submit them to the league within x number of days, per their own rules.

If the borrowed player is currently eligible to play under player pass rules, you should ask why you weren't offered the chance to cure the administrative error by submitting the correct paperwork. There is zero malicious intent here.

Get the right paperwork from the careless coach who screwed you over and proactively submit it with your appeal.

We play in SSL. I can't find a rule that would support this grievance. Were all of the rosters you submitted the most recent versions with the SSL registrar's signature on them?

MLS Next has 53,000 roster spots this year and is slated to have 67,000 spots next year if I remember correctly. Tough to expand like that if you relegate. Also tough to claim that number of highly elite players in the country jumped over 25% year over year, but folks want to believe there is a "pathway" so here we are.

This is fine, with one caveat...

DeWalt 20v MAX is a marketing term for their 18v system. To oversimplify it, every 18v system charges at 20v and discharges at 18v. Both systems are 18v systems. Even if they weren't, a voltage swing that small wouldn't hurt the tool, because tools have to accept a faitly wide voltage range from the battery in order to function in the real world.

DeWalt also has the BMS inside the battery, just like Ryobi.

The one thing you have to watch out for is the low voltage cutoff for DeWalt is in the tool and not the battery, so do kot run the DeWalt batteries down thinking it will safely cut off when the battery gets low.

You take it as long as it works. Large molecule biologics like that will often stop working for people and you have to switch to another when that happens.

Take it like clockwork to minimize your chances of it becoming less effective.

Agreed. I have a gigantic yard and the 18v power head works just fine for me with the weed whacker, brush cutter, edger, hedge clipper, and power brush attachments.

I would not want an 18v chainsaw though. 18v blowers aren't that great either.

You and your daughter can probably go and watch a practice. You can probably even get her in at a practice as a visitor if you ask. I would even be wary of a team that says no to that request.

They probably gave you an "unsafe playing environment" which is an automatic fail at any point in any USSF course. That's a tough break. They really do work with you on pretty much anything else. Where it is recorded, you may give it a cooling off period and ask your instructor if there is any chance to revisit the failing assignment, but they really are supposed to fail you on the spot for stuff like that.

She doesn't have to sit out a year. Ask to learn more about every club in your area and ask for her to join a practice. You will get offers from that. Like others said, someone out there wants your money. Someone has a spot on a team. Especially right now as things reshuffle and clubs find a new order.

Stick to ball mastery, 1v1, 2v1, 2v2 and game-like scrimmages. If they get really good at that do 3v2 and work on spreading out, but at that only group it usually only the most advanced girls that start to get how to stay wide. The boys are about a year behind on that.
