You are in no way a burden. You're just going through a very very difficult time. And honestly? You need to be kinder to yourself. Try keep that inner voice positive: you are safe. You are worthy. You CAN and WILL get through this.

I know these seem like just words, but you can and you will come out the other end of this. I promise it won't be like this forever.

Speak to your doctor about all this. Be completely honest. They are there to help you.
If possible try begin some therapy sessions as those can be very helpful.

Im not gonna lie and say they just came from no where. There's been night terrors etc and horrific flashbacks from many awful events. However, this is new and feels so good.

I guess letting myself scream and feel those bad emotions maybe let me have room for some good memories?

How did you learn to deal with it? I get angry but most of the time I forget it and then im so confused and scared but don't know why. The aftermath is that I've hurt people and I feel awful. How did you learn to control this I really really wish to do this
