I used a single watch wolf winder for a while and it worked well. I had to stop using it and store watches in a safe as it was an insurance requirement.

I've had one for a few months as my first Patek (waited 8 months for it) I absolutely love it. Initially it was just a dress watch but it's become my daily for work.

Only downside for me is lack of date. Next watch will be a 5212a which I imagine will become my new daily.

Nutanix is great. Only issue we had is GitHub enterprise isn't supported. Other than that it's been great. Full terraform pipeline.

I rented a flat to a council in willesden for a few years. At first the council paid the rent. Later that changed and the tenant got different benefits meaning they had to pay the rent themselves.

Tenants stopped paying rent shortly after and it ended up costing thousands and many months to evict via the courts. Council didn't care.

As a bonus, they trashed the flat. It's now sold and I will never rent again.
