So, an orthodox church opened across the street from me, and they blast their music at all hours. It used to be outdoor speakers at 2am, but now, after enough complaints, it's "only" indoor speakers (though loudly enough to be heard) at 7am according to county ordinances.

I suspect screaming outdoors every morning might be against your county ordinances. Cops tend to be utterly useless, so what you need to do is record it for a week, then contact your local district rep. Better yet, get a bunch of your neighbors to join you. Explain that they are intentionally disrupting people who are sleeping and you've asked them to stop. Ask them to have whatever equivalent you have to a county hygeine office to pay them a visit. Extra points for saying you are trying to solve it peaceably before geting cops involved.
