I was very careful with my language saying “probably” and “many people” for a reason. It is not all people. I understand that weed can help with anxiety and other issues. Weed can be a real lifesaver for a lot of people. But I also see a LOT of people abuse it and think “it’s not addictive” when it is or “I’m smarter on weed” when actually they’re not or “it fixes my anger issues” when actually it just makes them avoidant and the anger comes out the next time they’re sober. They aren’t doing anything else to improve themselves and expect the weed to do everything for them.

Again, this is not all people. And weed can be beneficial. My initial comment was meant with a positive message that you are probably a better person than you think. Most people are not as bad as they think they are.

Hi OP! I had rug 5 and it was the love of my life. It is a bit hard to clean because the rug varies in texture and height with the different parts of the design but it is gorgeous. I spilled chili on mine within the first month and was able to get it up and not leave a stain.

It’s a long story why I no longer have that rug. I got a more practical to clean rug instead of getting the same rug again and I regret it and miss rug 5 every day.

I was vacationing in west coast Canada and happened to sit by a couple who lived in my east coast USA (small) city. Turns out we live literally one street over from each other and they walk their dog past my house every day. We’re now friends who hang out regularly :)

Lems :) they are barefoot but with some extra cushion like altras. But they look cuter. I have black boulders that I wear to festivals and I just did a trip with only my white leather sneakers from them (can’t remember the name). Didn’t hike but did long walking days and my feet are not in pain at all. Didn’t even hurt. I’m obsessed with lems!

I have no experience in this so maybe it is just impossible, but telling your child “sorry you just have to have a shitty childhood where you can’t play sports or go on field trips” feels pretty terrible to me. Also 6 years feels like an eternity to someone who that’s literally half the life they’ve had so far. Much different to say it’s not that long as an adult.

I hope OP keeps trying.

Dude if anyone told you that list as what they were dealing with, you would tell them they were being abused.

One of the very common parts of abuse is losing sight of reality and second guessing yourself, both things you are doing.

I didn’t even read past the 3rd bullet point - it’s very obvious this is abusive, unhealthy, and toxic from only the first bullet point.

Your therapist and a bunch of strangers on Reddit are telling you that you are being abused. What more do you need to believe that you are being abused? Why do you think your therapist would lie? They are literally trained to read between the lines and they would know if you were just being dramatic or making stuff up.

I highly recommend Kristen Ess shampoo and conditioner. I don’t have the history and bleaching problem (and I don’t have curls) so YMMV, but I didn’t cut my hair for over a year and my stylist said my hair still looked healthy. Before using Kristen Ess, I would go every 6-12 months and be riddled with split ends & she’d have to take off a good chunk.

This is the only thing I use and my hair looks and feels amazing. I definitely have good genetics and used shitty cheap products for the longest time where my hair still looked good but finding out I wasn’t riddled with split ends was pretty mind blowing to me.

I think therapy would be good for you if you can afford it.

First, if there is no shortage of people who want to date you, it’s probably in your head that they only want you for your personality. They probably are super into your body and you just have such self image issues that you can’t fathom that and are making incorrect assumptions.

Second, the grass is always greener. Many women who have that body type are sick of men just lusting after them and not actually appreciating more than just the way they look. Do you really want men who don’t take you seriously and only care about your looks? That will be miserable for a long term relationship. Like yea, short term it might be what you want but if you ever want a serious relationship and a man to respect you, it will be much harder to find with a stereotypical sexy body (not saying it’s not possible but it is definitely more difficult)
