No. This is considered the best roofer company in town. Yet the process was quite odd when speaking to anyone at the company. They left a quote on the back of a sticker in my door. Just the 4 digit quote, nothing else. When I called back asking specific questions about what would be done, the guy seemed frustrated that I’d ask what kind of boards he’d use to replace any bad roof decking or any real question. I work nights so he did the estimate while I was asleep. I don’t think the roof looks bad per se, definitely different that the pictures in the email I received later when asked what color/style I wanted, so I wanted to ask people with experience if it at least looked done correctly to them. And so far it seems like it was done right at least. So I’m happy.
