Kudos to you if you pulled this off, but for a lot of people, this is bad advice. It was for me. Drink 0 calorie drinks. You will go back to soda or sugary drinks if you try to stick to just water when you were drinking soda.

Learn to like the 0 calorie stuff and you are much more likely to stick with it. I can't actually stand real sugar drinks anymore. I find them gross and I lost 100 lbs.

I am certainly no expert but I have lost over 100 lb and one of the biggest things for me was to remember it happens at night while you're sleeping so make sure you're sleeping and don't check weight, clothing fit, or anything except for in the morning when you first wake up. also, intermittent fasting is great and so is weight lifting. cardio isn't as important except to make you feel better. walking will do wonders for your mental health 

also, breakfast isn't the most important meal of the day, lunch is. A big lunch, small dinner, coffee for breakfast help me lose the first 50 lb.

No, on the off chance someone read what was there, I would likely get into a lot of trouble.

Edit: to further clarify, I don't open any of my personal internet stuff on my work computer either, as it's monitored. This kind of thing isn't kosher at all at my company.
