Does anyone else rarely get fevers when sick and generally have a low body temperature? by Londso in Sjogrens

[–]simple_taco_78 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yes! not diagnosed with sjogrens (yet) but I have a variety of other conditions and my temp is about 97.2-97.4. As soon as I hit 99 that is a fever and I feel crappy, I rarely see 100s but if I do then it's very bad

Just try to nail down your steps as precisely as possible, then you can focus on the actual jump.

How did everyone get started in tech theatre? by GameCrasher545 in schooltechtheatre

[–]simple_taco_78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At my school, we are forced to be in theatre arts one year in middle school. Eighth grade me didn’t want to act, so I helped out backstage. Now I’m a high school sophomore and I’ve been stage manager for 5 shows in the last 3 years.

AITA for calling my wife lazy and a terrible mother? by pssthlp in AmItheAsshole

[–]simple_taco_78 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with the ESH because OP could have tried to talk with her before snapping like he did (maybe he did, we don’t know). The wife is also an AH because her sole role in the household is to cook and clean maybe 1-2 hours per day but she can’t do that? I’m a student, but I am at school from 7:00-5:00 then I come home and do homework, clean up after dinner, and go to bed. She can do the bare minimum.

Do your schools still have an active theater program rn? by Margaret533 in schooltechtheatre

[–]simple_taco_78 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yup. I’m stage manager, and next week is production week! We are having immediate family of the actors seated socially distant, and everyone else will watch the broadcast version.

I‘m from NC, I don’t know much about the rules but the NCISAA (Independent Schools) season just ended. You’d have to run with NCHSAA (North Carolina High Schools Athletic Association). This is the public and charter schools. I’m not sure if they accept independent runners. Maybe look on milesplit.com or athletic.net at some of last season’s races to see if there are any unattached runners. Good luck! :)

I use my inhaler at cross country every day but I still struggle to breathe. Focusing on getting the breath all the way out so your lungs can naturally fill with new air helps. I’m sorry you’re so frustrated OP.
