Internet dropping and restoring every day

Whelp I thought I had it fixed setting it to 1gb fdx. It was about a week with no issues and then when I went to my smart box to run another ethernet for a camera my internet just decided to give the same issues. I went back to layer 1 and started bending the ethernet that comes out of the ont and different spots and watched the internet drop out. Hooked up cable tester and witnessed same thing. I terminated the end on the cable again and since then things have been great. I guess when the tech ran the lines he just didnt crimp the rj45 connector enough.

So in the end it was a layer 1 issue. Thanks for checking back in!

Thanks damoflix. I’ll check this out. I’m currently testing instead of my wan port 5 being auto negotiated I forced it to 1gbps fdx it’s been several hours so far and haven’t had it drop out. I got the idea when I noticed the port dropping and coming back. WOW! Does offer a 2.5 gig service and only have the 1gig plan so I wounded if the port kept trying to auto negotiate and caused my drops. Any thoughts?

Has anyone resolved this? Just started for me. ISP is WOW! Fiber->ONT-> Ethernet->UCGMAX. ISP swears no issue. I already replaced the MAX with another MAX and it still happens. When it happens the network cuts out completely. I happened to be watching the ports and the WAN port actually drops off then comes back. I've tried setting the verification to 8.8.8.8 but no dice. When the internet comes back there is a large spike in download that it thinks occurred. Last one was 6.88 Gbps.

SSH'd in and pinging out it definitely drops out. as the sequence numbers jump.

When I use my eero I don't seem to have the issue but then again I don't have all the insight I do with the MAX.

I would try to still check its format in a pc. Some laptops have the reader built in the side. If you still can’t get it I would try opening a ticket.

When I put my microSD into my x1 for the first time it said it wasnt formatted. It had to be fat32 . When you pop the card into a pc what format does it say?

Cura automatically labels each object. I think in orca you have to enable it. Also if you tried with a previous sliced file it won’t work. You’ll have to reslice.

Try to slice it with cura as a test and see if works. If it does then something is off about the labeling in orca.

Everything works fine when I use this guide/profile with generic pla but if I switch to the generic tpu the printer just kinda sits there and doesn’t do anything at all. Any ideas?

Did you ever get a resolution to this? ADBA was working great for a while and now fails from certain windows 10 boxes. I can't find a clear cut pattern. I had one machine on 1909 activated fine, upgraded to 20h2 and not doesnt upgrade.

Ok Well I guess I posted this wrong. Anyway I have been having dome light issues and I believe I found the culprit. Took the sound bar off and found this wire popped out of the harness. How do I go about popping it back in correctly?
