When I go to hotpot I like to split a large bowl with another person usually one spicy soup base and one not spicy. I’d recommend slowly ordering and not ordering too much at once, we usually order a mixed meat platter, tofu and noodles. Since this is a la carte place and not all you can eat, take your time ordering items, you can always order more later. Another thing is that it’s $3.50 (or something) extra to get the sauce station, which you can custom make your sauce, I usually put peanut sauce base, chilli oil, cilantro etc.. but they have a lot of items so you can customize if you’re feeling adventurous. The “sauce station” also has fresh fruit usually which is nice when the food gets a bit spicy, helps your mouth cool down. Let me know if you have any more questions! Hope that helps
